Chakras and their assignment

Energy centers between the subtle and physical body.

Every human being and every animal has chakras. There are numerous chakras in and around us. I will now discuss the 7 main chakras, which are located along our spine.

1st Root Chakra

(Grounding/ Balance/ Courage/ Stability)

If the root chakra is blocked, anxiety, depression, distrust, anger issues, lack of self-confidence arise.

4th Heart Chakra

(love/ warmth of heart/ peace/ healing/ reconciliation/ harmony)

If the heart chakra is blocked, one feels sadness, unkindness. One condemns oneself or others, avoids contacts and is bitter.

2nd Sacral Chakra

(fullness/ joy of life/ sensuality)

If the sacral chakra is blocked, feelings of guilt, worry, joylessness, sexual dysfunction and deficiency arise.

5th Throat Chakra

(communication/ friendliness/ openness/ expressiveness)

If the throat chakra is blocked, there is a lack of expressiveness, sore throat or thyroid problems show up, one is shy, forgetful, listless, tired and lacks motivation.

3rd Solar Plexus

(good gut feeling/ self-worth/ self-empowerment/ balanced emotions/ inner independence)

If the solar plexus chakra is blocked, there will be fluctuations in emotions, compulsion to control, decision-making problems, dependency and grief.

6th Third Eye Chakra

(intuition/ knowledge/ imagination/ awareness/ trust/ wisdom)

If the brow chakra is blocked, one is unfocused, suffers fear of loss, top-heavy and overloaded.

7th Crown Chakra
