These services are not a substitute for medical or psychological care. Practitioners do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or perform medical treatment. Always seek guidance from a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns. Participation Your participation is voluntary. Some clients may experience heightened emotions or physical sensations during or after sessions. Results vary and specific outcomes are not guaranteed. Confidentiality All information shared during sessions remains private. Feedback or testimonials may be shared anonymously unless written consent is provided. Liability Release By proceeding, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own health, choices, and actions. Vital Energy by Nessy LLC and its practitioners are not legally liable for any outcomes, and you waive all rights to legal claims. Fees & Refunds All service and package fees are non-refundable once purchased. Session packages are valid only for the stated time period. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited. Packages Packages must be used within the validity period (e.g., 3, 6, or 12 months as stated). Complimentary scans or services included in packages must be redeemed during the package period. Entire Agreement This agreement applies to all services, whether in-person or online, and supersedes prior understandings. By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
