Fees & Refunds All service and package fees are non-refundable once purchased. Session packages are valid only for the stated time period. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited. Packages Packages must be used within the validity period (e.g., 3, 6, or 12 months as stated). Complimentary scans or services included in packages must be redeemed during the package period. Entire Agreement This agreement applies to all services, whether in-person or online, and supersedes prior understandings.
